Refocus Your Energy!

I challenge you to do this ONE simple thing, sometime today: Refocus you energy towards action!

Are you spending a lot of time on tasks that aren't productive...reading email, idle chit chat, over-researching, spacing out, doing too many things at once(and none of them get done)?

At the beginning of the week, or day, make a list of things you need and want to get done. Make sure you have your personal goals on that list too! Keep the list in front of you as you work and once each task is completed cross it off. It keeps you focused on action instead of meandering your way through your days with no real focus!

I find that making a list for myself at the beginning of each week keeps me focused, and minimizes stress, because I am not constantly trying to remember things I have to do and worry about what I am forgetting. I have the most important things to do marked with a star and do those first. If I don't finish all the things I have to do for the day I move it to the next day.

Try it, it helps!
